Once downloaded, digital items are final sale.
If you purchased a digital item by mistake, contact us and we'll review it case by case.
2. Physical Items That Are Non-Returnable

Sale items
These items are final sale and aren't eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Memberships, retreats, and GE Quilting Escapes trips follow the terms on their own product pages.
3. Why Digital Products Cannot Be Returned
Digital files cannot be "returned" after download.
Once a PDF or video is delivered, access cannot be revoked, so refunds are not possible.
