Q: I placed an order and now can't find it!
A: Most often, this occurs because you've either made a purchase using a different email address from the one associated with your online account or you may have misspelled your email address (yes, this happens more often than you think). Please email help@gequiltdesigns.com if you have misspelled your email address. Keep reading if you now have 2 accounts. In the future, we recommend you sign into your account before making purchases.
Q: I used the wrong email address when I made a purchase. Can you transfer my purchases to my existing account?
A: Unfortunately, no. We cannot transfer products between two accounts for security purposes. In the future, we recommend you sign into your account before making purchases.
Q: How do I access my PDF patterns?
A: To find all your digital content at GE Designs you will need to sign into your Account. If you are using a mobile device you can find the Sign In tab under the Menu. If you are using a computer, there's a Sign In box in the upper left on the main page of GE Designs. Once you have logged in, you will see your Account history. Click on: My Downloadable Files. Then click on the product you are looking to download and find the pattern.
Each digital product may be downloaded 8 times. Each time you open your Digital product from GE Designs you are downloading it to your device. If it doesn't open automatically on your device, you need to locate the Downloads file on your device and you will find your GE Designs products there. From there you can print it or move it to another folder of your choice on your computer.
Q: Where are my downloads on my computer, iPad, cell phone?

Q: Why can't I download my PDF pattern/book anymore?
A: Digital patterns and books may be downloaded 8 times. Each time you open your Digital product from GE Designs you are downloading it to your device. We suggest you locate the Downloads folder on your device as you should see your GE Designs products there. See above. Contact us for any additional help.
Q: Where do I find the Video Classes that are connected to my PDF patterns and BOM's?
A: The videos are listed after the pattern PDFs in your Downloadable Files library. Sign in to your Account, click on the Downloadable Files, select and click your Order/Product, then scroll to the bottom.
Q: My order includes a Pre-Ordered item, why haven't the in-stock items shipped?
A: Your in-stock items will not ship until the Pre-Order arrives unless you'd like to split the order and pay additional shipping. For this reason, we ask that you place separate orders for Pre-Order or Pre-Sale items and note this on those product pages.
Q: How do I use my gift card?
A: Sign into your account and shop as normal. When you check out you will find a box specifically for Gift Card or Discount Codes. Paste or type your code in the box and Apply. Any available funds will be applied to your order. Then proceed as normal.
Q: How do I update my payment information?
A: In the interest of cyber security, all updates to payment information are required to be done over the phone with a member of our team. Please call us at 952-361-9772 for assistance with this.
